We are seeking an experienced Insolvency Solicitor to join a highly regarded multi-office private practice. This is an exciting opportunity for you to join a growing litigation team where you will handle a diverse range of insolvency cases, working with both businesses and individuals.
Position Overview
As an Insolvency Solicitor, you will manage a mixed caseload of insolvency matters, providing advice and support to clients in complex and often high-stakes situations. You will work with a talented team in a collaborative environment, handling everything from corporate restructurings to personal insolvencies.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality legal advice in insolvency law to both businesses and individuals
- Manage a diverse caseload, including bankruptcy, liquidation, and corporate recovery
