The predicted salary is between 43200 - 72000 £ per year.

This is a senior vacancy, where you will demonstrate leadership qualities to manage a team of fee earners and paralegals as well as taking on your own caseload and signing off complex residential matters.

This is an established five partner firm with a very good reputation. The role is due to growth and expansion, there are very good relationships in place with the introducers and the properties are around the Hertfordshire and Greater London areas. You will be working with a variety of clients, some HNW, providing support on sales and purchases for both freehold and leasehold properties.

We are seeking a clear communicator, able to consider process improvements and ensure workflow and the conveyancing process is smooth, fee earners are meeting their targets and providing support on development and training. Key will be compliance and reducing exposure to complaints and having a clear, engaging and motivating personality.

We are seeking someone who can demonstrate property team management, process improvement and has a solid career in residential conveyancing either as a Solicitor, Licenced Conveyancer or Legal Executive.
