- Represent a diverse range of private and public sector clients and advise them on all aspects of employment law
- Represent clients in employment tribunal litigation

- Maintain strong client relationships and deliver personalised service

- Strong track record within employment law
- Strong interpersonal skills and a willingness to support and mentor junior colleagues
- Excellent technical, drafting and client management skills
