We are working with a fast growing and forward-thinking private practice who have genuine expansion plans and they are recruiting for an accomplished legal professional to step into the role of Head of Department. You will work closely with the ownership to drive their vision of the practice which includes implementing a fully paperless system and utilising IT and technology to deliver a seamless service to all clients.
Position OverviewYou will play a pivotal role in managing and expanding the residential property department. You will oversee a team of 5 – 7, ensuring the delivery of exceptional client care and efficient conveyancing services.
Responsibilities
Manage a varied residential conveyancing caseload, ensuring timely and accurate completion
Oversee and mentor a department, providing guidance and support
Implement strategies to streamline processes and enhance department efficiency
Identify and pursue opportunities for department growth and expansion
Maintain strong client relationships and ensure the delivery of outstanding client care
Requirements
Qualified Solicitor with at least 6 years\’ experience in residential property
Excellent IT and technology skills
Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
Excellent communication and client relationship management abilities
Proven track record in residential conveyancing and department growth
