Our client is succession planning, and we are seeking a Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive to step into a role offering Senior Associate with a route to Head of Department and a route to Partnership opportunity. The firm is a very successful private high street practice with 3 offices, servicing wealthy landowners and the local community across Cambridge, Hertfordshire and Essex.
Working in all areas of Private Client, Wills, Trust and Probate matters you will be shadowing the Head of Department for succession planning as they are looking to retire. You will be taking over the responsibility of the department, managing budgets, complex matters and the team.
We are seeking someone with leadership qualities who is happy to raise the department's visibility and think about services provision and putting clients first. You will be joining a firm with a great reputation and low staff turnover who work collaboratively across different departments.
The practice is modern with good processes in place and this role comes with secretarial support, some hybrid working and a very good benefits package.
If you have more than 4 years PQE, and have experience across Wills & Probate, Trusts, LPA's and Estate Planning.
