We are working with a highly regarded forward‑thinking regional practice with deep roots across East Anglia who are expanding their award‑winning Construction team and looking for a Senior Associate to help shape its next chapter of success. You will work hand‑in‑hand with highly regarded Partners on a diverse portfolio of complex, high‑value construction matters, from multi‑million‑pound adjudications and TCC litigation to urgent injunctions and strategic advisory work.
You will be at the sharp end of resolving disputes that shape skylines, protect reputations and influence the future of the built environment. From day one, you will take ownership of your own caseload, advising a mix of clients across the supply chain, from national developers and main contractors to niche specialist subcontractors and consultants. You will also have the opportunity to expand your skill set into non‑contentious work, including contract drafting, risk management and project strategy, ensuring your practice remains balanced and commercially impactful.
The ideal candidate will be a confident, commercially astute lawyer with proven experience in contentious construction law. Familiarity with JCT and NEC contracts will be advantageous, but what truly matters is your ability to think strategically, communicate clearly and build trusted relationships with clients. If you have a flair for business development and enjoy mentoring others, you will find plenty of room to lead and grow here.
