We are looking for someone looking to build a long‑term career in legal finance within a modern private practice that values development and progression.
You will join a busy accounts team, and this is a key role supporting the Finance Manager in delivering accurate, efficient and compliant financial processing across the firm. The position will involve a broad mix of responsibilities across both client and office accounting functions, including:
- HMRC submissions
- Staff benefits administration
- Supplier payments
- VAT processing
- Client interest calculations
- Daily banking activity
- Payroll processing
In addition, you will play a vital role in maintaining compliance records, including breach registers and SRA‑related reporting. You will also regularly liaise with fee earners and colleagues across the firm, providing support and resolving queries, and delivering training on systems and procedures where needed.
