As a key member of the department, you will be at the heart of the conveyancing process, helping clients navigate one of life's biggest milestones. From the moment a new matter is opened through to completion, you will ensure transactions progress smoothly and with the highest levels of client care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client onboarding and ID and proof of funds verification
  • New‑build transaction administration
  • Property searches and completion statements
  • SMTD and Land Registry documentation
  • LISA and Help to Buy ISA withdrawals
  • Daily liaison with clients, developers, brokers and third parties, acting as a trusted point of contact throughout the transaction journey
