An established and forward-thinking legal practice is expanding its residential conveyancing team and is recruiting for a Conveyancing Assistant to assist the team across all stages of the transaction and play a pivotal role in the full conveyancing process. This position offers real variety and responsibility.

You'll support fee earners across the full lifecycle of a transaction - from setting up new matters and handling compliance checks, through to preparing key documents and keeping all parties aligned. Whether you're corresponding with clients, chasing updates from estate agents and lenders, or ensuring systems are kept accurate and up to date, you'll be a vital link in delivering a streamlined service.

The ideal candidate will bring prior experience within a conveyancing or legal support environment, along with a solid grasp of how residential transactions unfold. You'll need to be methodical and confident juggling competing priorities without losing sight of the finer details. Strong interpersonal skills are key, as is a willingness to take initiative and contribute positively to a collaborative team.
