Responsibilities
- The role will involve running your own varied caseload, with work including complex estate administration (often involving agricultural and business assets), succession and tax planning, deeds of variation, trusts, mental capacity matters and Court of Protection work.
- You will advise a broad client base, including high net worth individuals and elderly or vulnerable clients, while working closely with experienced colleagues across the wider Private Client team.
- You will be confident managing client relationships, delivering clear and practical advice, and handling matters efficiently from start to finish.
- The role also offers the opportunity to support junior colleagues, contribute to business development and build long-term client relationships, using technology to work flexibly with clients and colleagues.
Qualifications
- Ideally you will have 2 years PQE and be a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with solid private client experience, particularly in estate administration.
- You will have strong communication skills and a genuine interest in continued professional development.
- Ongoing learning is actively encouraged, with support for further qualifications and structured training.
