Our client has a busy Private Client team of 3 fee earners, paralegal and secretarial support staff, and are seeking a Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive to take ownership of an existing caseload of wills, trusts and probate matters. With a large will bank, the firm have two offices and manage clients across Northamptonshire and surrounding areas.
As a fee earner, the work will incorporate elderly clients and undertaking home visits where necessary, and therefore you will have a friendly and warm communication style and the ability to show compassion. The caseload will also incorporate providing advice on Estate Administration and Inheritance Planning, you will support executors and trustees and engage with other legal professionals and develop your network to consider commercial business opportunities.
LEAP experience would be advantageous but not essential. The firm offer a salary and potential bonus negotiable depending on experience and qualifications, pension, holiday and death in service benefits, as well as some hybrid working flexibility if required, although the team do tend to be office based. Part of the benefits package will incorporate the opportunity for additional STEP qualification. This is a firm with a superb reputation offering career growth.
