Our client is seeking a Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive to take over a caseload of files which are a mix of active and dormant clients, approximately 150, where you will provide services across Wills, Estate Planning, LPA's and Probate, including Administration matters.
Leading client meetings to take instruction, you will explain legal concepts and cover a range of complex family relationships and trusts, to ensure your clients have a full understanding of their assets and tax responsibilities and how property and wealth can be distributed.
The role will involve drafting wills and trusts and preparing client letters, as well as preparing asset and liability schedules. You will work with your clients across inheritance tax matters, ensuring relevant forms are completed as well as being confident to explain the workings of LPA's.
Experience of Court of Protection and Deputyship would be advantageous, however additional training can be provided to upskill and develop knowledge in this area.
