Due to succession planning, our client who are a growing legal firm, are looking for a Litigator to join their small team and handle clients' cases efficiently whilst continuing to uphold the firm's professional standards. You will be working alongside a Senior Litigator and have cases to take over immediately.
The disputes team act for a mix of clients and you will provide practical advice to companies and individuals on the best way forward in trying to resolve disputes. The variety of work will make for an interesting caseload and will include dealing with a broad range of civil, commercial and contentious probate matters, and you can expect hands‑on involvement and an unrivalled level of client contact that will allow you to develop your litigious experience.
In addition, you will receive secretarial and paralegal support to help assist you within this role. Proven experience in handling a mixed litigation caseload and being able to deliver succinct quality advice to your clients is essential for this role.
