We are interested to speak to a Senior Litigation Solicitor/Associate (Dispute Resolution) who is looking for a step up in their legal career. If you are ambitious, career minded and demonstrate more than 10 years litigation experience, this role will offer you good quality work and an opportunity to shape and influence your own department.
You will be joining an established and growing regional law firm with multiple offices who are seeking a leader to join a dispute resolution team in a senior capacity. This role offers the opportunity to handle high-quality, complex litigation work while contributing to the leadership, development and long-term growth of the team.
The client responsibilities will include:
- Managing a varied caseload of complex litigation matters with autonomy
- Delivering clear, pragmatic and commercially focused advice
- Ensuring efficient and cost-effective progression of cases
- Maintaining a well-managed and profitable caseload aligned with financial targets
The work is across Civil and Commercial matters and will include Property, Probate, Employment and Insolvency. The role will involve both client management as well as supervision and mentorship of the team, including upskilling and training.
You will have the opportunity to become more visible in the legal industry, attending industry events and contributing to developing and improving services, developing business and working with the Board, managing budgets, reducing risks and ongoing compliance.
