The predicted salary is between 40000 - 50000 € per year.

We are seeking a Private Family Fee Earner to join this smaller team, who are seeing growth in their family enquiries. The department is a mix of fee earners and support staff and you will have the luxury of an experienced secretary to manage your diary, client calls and document drafting to enable you to focus on your legal services.

The team are collaborative and the caseload will be varied and include:

  • Divorce and Financial Remedy
  • Children's Law
  • Domestic Violence
  • TOLATA
  • Pre and Post Nuptials

You will meet clients face to face and virtually to provide legal guidance and advice, taking into account their individual circumstances. The role will require someone experienced in delivering complex information in a simple form to consider the clients' costs and circumstances.

Ideally, you will have a minimum of 2 years PQE, be familiar with managing your own caseload with minimum supervision, and ensuring processes and compliance procedures are followed. Depending on experience you may also take on some supervision and training for junior members of the team.
