From complex contentious matters to strategic non-contentious advice, you will be at the forefront of delivering high-quality outcomes while maintaining long-term client relationships.
Leadership is central to this position. You will mentor and develop junior lawyers, contribute to wider-firm initiatives and play a visible role in representing the department. You will also lead on business development, using your network and market insight to grow the employment offering through client engagement, tenders, seminars, webinars and training sessions.
The ideal candidate will be a qualified solicitor with significant experience in employment law and a proven ability to advise on both contentious and non-contentious matters. You will be confident in client-facing situations, adept at negotiation and advocacy and naturally skilled at building relationships across teams and sectors.
