This is a chance to step into a key position within a growing department, where your experience will help shape how the conveyancing function develops and how clients are supported through increasingly complex transactions.

You will take full responsibility for running a wide variety of residential property matters from instruction through to completion. The role offers a diverse workload, including freehold and leasehold transactions, investment purchases, equity transfers, auction matters and refinancing, alongside more technical work such as assents, portfolio management for landlords, lease extensions and enfranchisement.

You will be the central point of contact for clients and third parties, ensuring clear communication, momentum on files and a consistently high standard of service. The firm prides itself on being modern, approachable and quality‑driven, with systems and processes designed to support lawyers rather than slow them down.

You will be part of a collaborative and forward‑thinking team where ideas are welcomed, autonomy is trusted and career development is actively encouraged. As the practice continues to grow, there is real scope to make your mark and progress alongside the firm.

The package on offer reflects the firm’s people‑first approach, including a competitive salary, performance‑related incentives, 25 days’ annual leave plus bank holidays and Christmas closure, pension provision, birthday leave, ongoing professional development and flexible hybrid working arrangements.
