This is an exciting opportunity to step into a specialist area of property law, working on high-value, deal-driven development matters with strong client exposure and genuine scope for long-term progression.
The role sits within a busy and collaborative commercial property team advising landowners, promoters and developers on complex residential development projects. You'll support senior lawyers on a wide range of strategic land transactions, gaining hands-on experience across option agreements, promotion agreements, conditional and unconditional sales, overage and clawback structures, as well as site acquisitions and disposals.

You'll also liaise directly with clients, agents, lenders and other advisers, giving you valuable early exposure to the commercial and relationship side of development work.
As you develop, you'll also gain experience in development finance transactions and play a part in supporting wider team initiatives and business development activity. The role is designed to build both your technical expertise and your confidence in managing increasingly complex matters.
