Our client has a very successful law practice across Buckinghamshire and Oxford, and we are seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor or FILEx to join the department. There is a lot of flexibility regarding home working and working from one of the firm's many offices.
Responsibilities
- Non-contentious commercial property work with transactional matters from retail, restaurants and office premises.
- Manage leases and landlord and tenant matters; be client facing and able to build long-term client relationships for retention and future instruction.
- Support a mix of work including regeneration and development projects, as part of a successful team with a good reputation.
- Attend breakfast meetings and industry events as part of client development.
Qualifications
- 3 years+ PQE to seasoned professionals (open to a range of career stages).
- Client-facing fee earner capable of managing work and building relationships.
