Employment Solicitor - Bedfordshire

We are seeking someone at NQ to 3 years PQE, who can demonstrate good experience in supporting clients in this area of law, and is looking to pursue their career, working within a well-established and highly regarded regional law firm. The employment department has an impressive client portfolio, acting for both employers in an HR Function and also senior executives personally. In this role you will provide commercially focused advice on both contentious and non-contentious employment matters, and responsibilities include:

• Negotiating settlement agreements
• Handling Employment Tribunal matters, including advocacy
• Advising on corporate support work such as TUPE
• Drafting legislative briefings
• Employment communications and booklets

This is a successful department, and the role would suit someone who has just qualified with ideally 10 months experience to someone up to 3 years PQE, who is now looking to develop their technical expertise and broaden their experience across employment and strengthen their commercial awareness.
