This exciting career opportunity for a Legal 500 legal practice offers superb career growth, working within a team where you will manage your own clients and support the Partners on their commercial disputes exposing you to more complex matters. The firm has a superb reputation and is seeking a Litigator to work as a fee earner in a friendly and supportive team. You will be able to take pride in your work and have the time to research and build relationships with senior executives of SME to very large organisations.
In this role, you will have a broad caseload of commercial litigation, contentious probate and insolvency matters, including:
- Corporate insolvency
- Business mediation and arbitration
- Contract breaches, including sale of goods, theft of confidential information
- Debt recovery and Insolvency
- Intellectual property disputes
- Partnership and Shareholder LLP disputes
- Professional negligence
Working in a specialist team of five fee earners, including partners, there is also additional paralegal and secretarial support. You will develop your experience and in time take over some valued and highly financially rewarding clients. The role offers variety and involvement to network, attend industry seminars, marketing and drafting articles to raise your profile and reputation.
To be considered, you will have experience of County Court appearances, drafting letters and court notices, disclosure notices, drafting cost schedules as well as witness statements and having confidence with client meetings. The firm has a very low staff turnover, the benefits include hybrid home working, bonus, parking, 25 days holiday, pension, life assurance, healthcare, wellness initiatives and complete career support.
