Responsibilities- Drive complex corporate transactions and support the firm’s commercial team.
- Manage a diverse client portfolio from start-ups to SMEs.
- Steer mergers and acquisitions and advise on corporate structures and governance matters.
- Craft tailored share schemes (e.g., EMIs) and advise on employee ownership arrangements (EOTs).
- Advise on shareholder agreements, company formations, and related corporate matters.
- Develop client relationships and contribute to the firm’s reputation through networking and content creation.
- Solid hands-on corporate law experience.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive under pressure and work independently while effectively connecting with clients and colleagues.
