Our client is a well-established and highly regarded legal practice that continues to thrive on the strength of long-standing client relationships and consistent referrals. Due to ongoing growth, they are now looking to enhance their busy residential property team with the addition of an experienced conveyancer.

This is an excellent opportunity to take on a varied and rewarding caseload, covering a broad range of residential property matters. You will handle both freehold and leasehold transactions from instruction through to completion, with exposure to a mix of sales and purchases. The role offers far more than routine file handling; you will become a trusted advisor to your clients, supporting them through key milestones, offering practical guidance, and ensuring the entire process runs as smoothly and efficiently as possible.

The ideal candidate will have around 2 years' PQE and a solid grounding in conveyancing, but just as importantly, you'll be someone who communicates with confidence and clarity. You'll enjoy building rapport, managing expectations and making the conveyancing journey as smooth as possible for your clients.
