What You’ll Be Doing

  • Ensuring compliance with SRA Standards and Regulations
  • Supporting the COLP and COFA on regulatory and risk matters
  • Developing and enhancing compliance policies and procedures
  • Keeping the firm ahead of regulatory developments
  • Conducting file audits and compliance reviews
  • Overseeing AML, GDPR and wider regulatory obligations
  • Identifying opportunities to improve systems, processes and efficiencies
  • Supporting wider operational, HR and practice management initiatives

About You

You’ll already have experience in legal compliance, risk or practice management and be confident navigating the regulatory landscape within a law firm. More importantly, you’ll be someone who enjoys building relationships, solving problems and helping the practice thrive. You’ll bring a proactive mindset, excellent organisational skills and the confidence to work collaboratively with colleagues at every level.
