This is an exciting opportunity to join an established high street practice where you will work as a Company Commercial Solicitor within a growing team. This firm have real ambition and continue to grow year on year, you will play an important role in the future of the department as the team continues to expand.
The Company Commercial team provide expert advice to a range of clientele, ranging from start-ups to PLCs. Your caseload will be varied and will include, but will not be limited to:
- Shareholder and partnership agreements
- Commercial property
- Business contracts
- Commercial litigation
- Commercial debt recovery
This opportunity would suit a 2+ PQE Solicitor or Legal Executive with previous experience within a Commercial department.
