This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced commercial property lawyer who is looking to take on more responsibility working within a rapidly growing commercial property department. As a Commercial Property Lawyer, you will handle a diverse range of commercial property matters and one of the key elements of this role is the ability to build and nurture long-term client relationships. You should be adept at engaging with existing clients and, equally important, have the drive and skills to attract new clients through proactive business development.
Responsibilities- Undertake a wide range of commercial property matters to include:
- Acquisition and disposals
- Commercial leases
- Business lease renewals
- Estate development
- You will be an experienced and ambitious Commercial Property Solicitor
- A problem solver and comfortable communicating issues
- You will be technically able and commercially minded
- Superb organisational skills and able to multi-task
