Our client, a well-established Legal 500 law firm, is seeking an experienced Private Client Lawyer to join their team in Essex. This is an exciting opportunity for a lawyer to advance their career within a supportive and progressive legal practice. Position Overview
As a Private Client Lawyer working in a busy team, you will play a crucial role in delivering a high-quality service to clients and you will be responsible for maintaining excellent client relationships, managing existing clients, and developing your own client base.
Responsibilities
- Provide advice and support to clients in the areas of Wills, Trusts and Probate
- Draft and execute Lasting Powers of Attorney for clients
- Assist clients with estate and later life planning matters
- Maintain and develop strong client relationships
- Undertake general marketing activities on behalf of the department and company
Requirements
- Private Client Lawyer with 2+ PQE
- Excellent client relationship management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Previous experience in undertaking marketing activities is advantageous
