A well-established legal practice is seeking a senior solicitor to join its Commercial Property team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced solicitor to lead on high-value development projects, managing their own complex caseload while supporting the growth of the firm's commercial property services.
The role involves advising on a wide range of development-led transactions, including option and promotion agreements, conditional contracts and the sale and purchase of development sites. Recent work includes multi-million-pound joint ventures, large-scale site acquisitions, and advising major landowners on new town developments.
In addition, you will be confident at managing files independently, building strong client relationships and collaborating effectively across teams.
The ideal candidate will be a qualified solicitor with 7+ years' PQE, significant experience acting for landowners and developers, with a commercially minded approach. Strong communication, networking and proactive problem-solving skills are essential.
