Our client is seeing growth across their residential conveyancing department and we are seeking someone who can manage their own files. The role will suit someone who is at the beginning of their fee earning career who is happy to build relationships with clients and introducers. You will manage a mixed caseload to include shared ownership and new build properties for both freehold and leasehold with other sales and purchases up to £1 million. The work is varied and will see you managing approximately 40 files. This is a successful firm with numerous offices and ambitious plans for investment and development, and ideally, we are seeking someone familiar with working efficiently on a CMS.

Responsibilities

  • Manage residential conveyancing caseload from file opening to post‐completion
  • Conduct matters on behalf of clients with professionalism and efficiency
  • Utilise the firm's case management system effectively
  • Handle own administration and assist colleagues when necessary
  • Contribute to the firm's business development efforts

Requirements

  • NQ - 5 years PQE, pre‐qualification experience considered
  • Good understanding of property law and residential conveyancing process
  • Excellent business development skills and a positive outlook
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
  • Commitment to delivering excellent client care with a friendly attitude
