With exciting growth plans and a portfolio of superb clients, we're on the lookout for a Commercial Property Solicitor to join a busy team. This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a role where you'll truly make an impact, both within the team and across the growing client base.
In your day-to-day role, you'll take centre stage in building strong relationships with new and existing clients while managing a varied and engaging caseload. From commercial sales and purchases to leases, SIPP transactions, option agreements, and lease extensions, you'll deliver commercially focused advice while maintaining the exceptional service the firm are known for.
Beyond the legal work, you'll play a key role in driving new business, spotting opportunities, and strengthening the firm's presence in the local market. Working closely with the wider team, you'll help achieve shared targets and contribute to a culture that is collaborative and full of positive energy.
We're looking for someone with ideally 3+ PQE who brings professionalism and a genuine enthusiasm for delivering outstanding client experiences. You'll be an articulate communicator, a natural relationship builder, and someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment while maintaining the highest standards of work.
