Our client, a well-established law firm based in North London, is seeking an office-based Civil Litigator to join their Dispute Resolution Team. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven and personable fee earner to handle a broad caseload of civil litigation matters in a supportive and collaborative environment.
About the RoleYou will join a small, friendly team with access to direct mentorship and career development opportunities from the Head of Department. The position offers a steady stream of work across a diverse range of civil litigation matters, including:
Contractual disputes
Negligence claims
Debt recovery actions
Commercial disputes
Building and construction disputes
Misrepresentation cases
Inheritance Act claims
Contested probate matters
