Position Overview
You will be responsible for managing your own caseload of conveyancing matters from instruction to completion. You'll work with a broad range of clients which will include commercial and HNW clients, handling sales, purchases, re-mortgages, lease extensions, and more complex matters such as trust-related transactions. The role offers autonomy, while also giving you the opportunity to contribute to the team's development.
Responsibilities
- Handle a broad caseload of residential property matters, including freehold and leasehold sales, purchases, transfers, re-mortgages, and lease extensions
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of trust matters and how they impact property transactions
- Deliver excellent client care and build strong client relationships
- Support junior team members and contribute to training and development
- Participate in business development and networking initiatives
Requirements
- Solicitor, CILEx or Licenced Conveyancer with 5+ years PQE
- Solid experience managing a residential property caseload independently
- Strong technical knowledge of residential conveyancing and land law
- Excellent communication and client care skills
- Flexible, proactive and able to work effectively as part of a team
- Confident in business development, networking and promoting the firm's services
