A respected Legal 500 firm with an excellent reputation in the property market is expanding its residential conveyancing offering and is looking to welcome an experienced Conveyancer into its established team. This is a firm that combines high-quality work with a modern, people-first culture - and it shows in how they support and reward their staff.
As part of a well-resourced residential property department, you'll manage your own caseload with autonomy and trust, supported by strong systems and experienced colleagues. The focus is firmly on delivering a smooth, stress-free client journey, from initial instruction through to post-completion, while maintaining the high standards the firm is known for.
Your work will cover a broad mix of residential matters, including:
- Sales and purchases
- Remortgages
- New build transactions
- Leasehold enfranchisement (acting for landlords and tenants)
- Declarations of Trust and joint ownership arrangements
What sets this role apart is the level of professional freedom you'll enjoy. The firm operates with efficient processes that allow you to take real ownership of your files, monitor your own performance and actively build long-term client relationships. There's genuine encouragement to raise your profile, generate repeat business and develop your own network - with the support of a firm that values initiative rather than micromanagement.
In return, you'll be joining a forward-thinking, supportive firm that understands the importance of flexibility and reward. Alongside hybrid working, you'll benefit from a generous bonus structure, 25 days' holiday, death in service cover (4x salary), free parking and a working culture that encourages progression rather than putting ceilings on it.
If you're ready to take the next step and make a genuine impact within a growing firm, this is an opportunity not to be missed!
