You will strengthen a busy dispute resolution team and advise a wide range of clients on both commercial and residential disputes, taking ownership of complex matters and helping to deliver practical, results-driven solutions.
Responsibilities- Manage an active caseload of property disputes, including landlord and tenant issues, boundary disagreements, lease renewals and possession proceedings.
- Provide clear, strategic advice tailored to clients' needs.
- Draft, negotiate and review legal documents with precision and attention to detail.
- Build lasting client relationships through consistent communication and first-class service delivery.
- Play a key role in the continued development of the team and wider practice.
- Solicitor with a minimum of 3 years' PQE in property litigation.
- Strong technical expertise across a range of property disputes.
- A proven track record of managing cases effectively and achieving successful outcomes.
