Are you a Solicitor or Legal Executive with 1-3 years' PQE in estate administration? Looking for a role where you can take ownership of your work, develop your expertise and make a real impact? An expanding Private Client team is looking for a Probate Lawyer to manage a varied caseload of probate and estate administration matters, including both taxable and non-taxable estates. Full time or part-time working patterns are welcome.
You will become part of a well-respected team spanning multiple regional offices, backed by dedicated staff. In this role, you will provide high-quality advice, working closely with colleagues across teams to drive results and contribute to the department's growth and reputation. You will also have the chance to mentor junior staff, support business development initiatives and take a visible hands-on role.
We are looking for someone with strong probate knowledge, including Inheritance Tax, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to communicate complex matters clearly to clients and colleagues alike. If you are proactive and thrive in a supportive environment, this is the role for you.
