Step into an exciting role with a multi award-winning Legal 500 firm, where you will work within a busy Litigation Department. This is your chance to work independently, build your own client base and actively drive the growth and success of the team as it continues to expand.
We are seeking a fee earner who can build long term relationships with clients and guide them through difficult processes offering support to resolve disputes when appropriate.
Responsibilities- You will manage a varied and dynamic caseload across different areas of litigation, taking full responsibility for overseeing client matters from instruction through to resolution.
- This includes maintaining accurate and well-organised client files, ensuring the caseload is carried out efficiently on the following:
- Commercial and civil litigation
- Property and lease disputes
- Debt recovery
- Contractual disputes
- You must be a qualified Solicitor
- Proven experience in property disputes
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Technologically proficient
