This is a chance to take on a senior, influential role within a forward-thinking, multi-office law firm that is actively growing its corporate practice. Joining an established and ambitious team, you will have real autonomy and responsibility, with the opportunity to shape both the team's development and the delivery of its corporate services.
You will lead a broad range of corporate transactions from start to finish with minimal supervision, while supporting and supervising colleagues to ensure work is delivered efficiently and to a high standard. The work is varied and includes:
- Restructurings
- Shareholders' agreements
- Investor matters
- Share options
- Loan and corporate finance arrangements
- Partnership and LLP matters
- General company and corporate law advice
Alongside your own caseload, you will play a key role in team development and internal management, working closely with the head of team to improve processes, introduce best practice, support the use of technology and mentor junior lawyers. You will also contribute to raising the team's profile through client relationship development, networking and identifying new opportunities across the firm's client base.
This role would suit a corporate lawyer with 3-8 years' PQE who enjoys leading transactions, managing projects and supporting others, and who brings strong technical knowledge, leadership skills and a client-focused mindset.
