You will play a crucial role in managing a caseload of general civil litigation matters, as well as contentious probate, and your expertise will be instrumental in providing strategic advice to a wide range of clients and ensuring the effective resolution of their issues.
Responsibilities- Manage a diverse caseload of civil litigation matters
- Take ownership of files from initial instruction through to resolution, ensuring timely and effective case management
- Collaborate with colleagues and work independently to deliver a high-quality service
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Ideally you will have a minimum of 3 to 4 years PQE
- Experienced within civil litigation and ideally experience in contentious probate matters
- Proactive, well-organised and commercially aware approach
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build a rapport with clients and colleagues
