We are looking for a commercially savvy Head of Commercial Property to lead and grow a dynamic and high-performing Commercial Property team within an award-winning legal practice. This senior leadership role is ideal for a strategic thinker with strong technical expertise, a collaborative approach and the ability to mentor colleagues while driving business development and shaping the future of a key practice area.

You will take full responsibility for the performance and development of the Commercial Property department, managing a varied and high-quality caseload while building and maintaining strong client relationships. You will set departmental objectives, oversee workloads, and contribute to strategic planning and operational decisions, ensuring the team delivers excellence across all matters in a supportive and collaborative environment.

The ideal candidate will be a senior Commercial Property Solicitor or Partner with at least 5 years PQE, proven leadership experience, strong commercial awareness, and a client-focused mindset. While previous experience heading a department is advantageous, ambitious candidates with the drive to step into a management role are also encouraged to apply.
