The predicted salary is between 51000 - 71000 £ per year.
Our client has a small litigation department that will suit someone experienced to manage a caseload unsupervised, however there is support for more complex matters. The team does have an assistant enabling you to focus on clients and support them through complex disputes and court hearings when required.
We are seeking a Solicitor or Legal Executive who can negotiate settlements. The work is a mix of commercial and civil matters with current emphasis on a variety of residential and commercial property litigation. You will have a clear communication style to keep your clients updated and informed on the process, the best solution and likely outcome.
You will naturally be commercially minded and this role can be at an Associate or Senior Associate level for a more experienced litigator. In the more senior role, you will have an influential impact on the team to include growth. This firm has very good marketing which will provide a good flow of work UK-wise as well as locally.
The benefits include 25 days holiday rising with each year of service, a % bonus over monthly target, pension, 3 x DIS, and well-being initiatives, including mental health support and a virtual GP.
