In this role, you’ll enjoy significant autonomy, working closely with the Head of Department and gaining invaluable hands-on experience. Responsibilities
- Draft Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney
- Handle Estate Administration, Trusts and Taxation matters
- Manage cases for the Court of Protection
- Develop strong relationships with clients and referrers
- Contribute to the growth of the firm by developing new business opportunities and helping to attract new clients
Requirements
- You will be a Private Client Solicitor or Fee Earner with ideally a minimum of 2 PQE in private client work
- Highly organised and capable of working effectively under pressure
- Skilled in managing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines
- A collaborative team player
- Dedicated to providing the best possible client care
