We are working with a reputable, modern private practice who are proud of the excellent service they provide to clients. In this role, you’ll enjoy significant autonomy, working closely with the Head of Department and gaining invaluable hands-on experience. You’ll be supported throughout your journey, working within a fantastic team that values collaboration, professional development and growth.

Responsibilities

  • Draft Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney
  • Handle Estate Administration, Trusts and Taxation matters
  • Manage cases for the Court of Protection
  • Develop strong relationships with clients and referrers
  • Contribute to the growth of the firm by developing new business opportunities and helping to attract new clients

Requirements

  • You will be a Private Client Solicitor or Fee Earner with ideally a minimum of 2 PQE in private client work
  • Highly organised and capable of working effectively under pressure
  • Skilled in managing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines
  • A collaborative team player
  • Dedicated to providing the best possible client care
