The predicted salary is between 72000 - 108000 £ per year.
Following a sustained growth period, I am hiring a Partner role to contribute to the continued success of a Pensions consultancy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive new business development through winning clients, tender submissions, and leading pitches. Also leveraging existing networks internally and using your own network.
- Advise on the complexities of new clients' issues, as well as winning the business.
- Work across multiple business lines in delivering consultative advice.
- Can be involved in proposition development, and mentoring/leading people internally.
- Contribute to the strategic direction of the business as a whole, and support your local office.
Minimum Requirements:
- FIA
- 10+ years of experience gained at an EBC.
- Experience leading clients and building relationships.
- Commercial acumen.
- Mainly trustee-side experience as opposed to being corporate-focused.
Desired Skills:
- Scheme actuary cert.
- Experience working on schemes >£1bn (as lead or second support).
- Someone curious and innovative, challenges the norms and is hungry to impact the direction of the business.
Part-time/reduced hours can be considered on a case-by-case basis.
