We are recruiting a Bid Manager in either Manchester or Leeds. In the role, you will coordinate and oversee the entire bid process, including helping draft proposals and then pitch. This is with a Professional Services firm, and having worked in a Professional Services environment will be a big plus.

You will support, develop and manage the proposal process, make sure they are submitted on time and ensure all bid proposals are compliant. You will track feedback and make sure current structures are fit for purpose and as efficient as possible.

Working closely with the marketing team is a big part of the role, helping organise some of the larger events and make sure different business areas are briefed accordingly. Someone who can establish good working relationships, is an expert communicator and is able to oversee bid processes will land this role.
