An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a newly launching investment management business at a pivotal stage of growth. This is a rare chance to work directly with the founder in a broad, hands-on role with genuine visibility, autonomy and long-term progression.

The firm will deliver Managed Portfolio Services (MPS) to established IFA partners alongside selective bespoke mandates for larger clients. They are building a high-calibre, lean team and are looking for an intellectually curious investment professional to play a key supporting role.

The Role

  • You will support the end-to-end investment process, working closely with senior leadership across:
    • Investment research and fund analysis
    • Portfolio monitoring and performance review
    • Supporting MPS delivery to IFA partners
    • Preparing investment and client materials
    • Assisting with client queries and meetings where appropriate
    • Contributing to the ongoing development of the investment proposition

This is a broad position suited to someone who wants to move beyond a siloed role and gain meaningful exposure across investments within a growing business.

About You

  • Level 4 qualified (IMC, CFA, IAD or equivalent)
  • Early experience within investment research, wealth management or MPS
  • Strong interest in investments and markets
  • Self-starter mindset with the ability to work in a lean environment
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Comfortable working closely with senior stakeholders

Candidates from wealth managers, investment consultancies, boutique firms or strong investment-focused financial planning environments will be considered.
