The successful individual will play a key role in designing, modelling, implementing and embedding an integrated pricing framework, working closely with senior stakeholders across proposition, finance and strategy. This is not a BAU pricing role. It’s a defined, high-impact piece of work suited to someone who enjoys being brought in to solve complex challenges.

- Build and stress-test pricing models and scenarios to assess impacts on profitability, client retention and growth
- Benchmark competitor pricing and assess market positioning
- Support the implementation and embedding of pricing changes, including legacy client considerations
- Partner closely with senior stakeholders and present recommendations clearly and credibly
- Ensure pricing approaches align with regulatory and Consumer Duty requirements
- Track and report on pricing performance and outcomes
About you
- Experience in pricing, proposition or commercial analytics (platform, DFM, private wealth highly desirable but open to individuals from other FS actuarial pricing)

- Experience implementing and rolling out pricing changes, not just designing them
- Good understanding of industry pricing practices and competitor approaches
- Confident engaging with senior stakeholders
