You’ll Do:
- Lead and deliver change projects from planning through to completion.
- Work with senior stakeholders across multiple locations to create clarity and alignment.
- Own project plans, risks, dependencies and delivery timelines.
- Bring structure to a fast-paced, evolving environment and help build delivery foundations.
- Support integration work across platforms, processes, teams and client journeys.
You’ll Bring:
- Experience delivering end-to-end change projects in a fast-moving environment.
- Financial Services or regulated industry background, or ability to adapt quickly to one.
- A balance of business change and tech awareness — confident asking the right questions.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to keep multiple workstreams moving forward.
