Policy Consultant - Hybrid Working

We have an opportunity to join a consultancy firm as a Senior Manager in Reward, supporting a diverse range of clients with strategic and technical reward solutions. You\’ll work across sectors, shaping how organisations attract, retain, and motivate talent through market-leading reward structures. The Role: As part of the firm’s specialist Reward team within its Workforce practice, you\’ll: Design and implement reward strategies aligned to corporate goals at UK and global levels. Advise on job architecture, job evaluation, pay and grading frameworks. Develop and model annual bonus and long-term incentive plans, including cost and payout modelling. Lead the development of employee value propositions and performance management systems. Provide insight through remuneration benchmarking and advanced analytics using Excel, Power BI, Tableau, and Alteryx. Oversee project delivery, manage client relationships, and contribute to business development. Mentor and support the development of junior team members. What We’re Looking For: Strong reward experience, either in-house or in consulting. Proven ability to lead complex projects and manage multiple stakeholders. Excellent communication and client-facing skills. Strong analytical mindset and experience with data tools. Comfortable balancing strategic advisory work with hands-on delivery.
