We have an opportunity to join a consultancy firm as a Senior Manager in Reward, supporting a diverse range of clients with strategic and technical reward solutions. You will work across sectors, shaping how organisations attract, retain, and motivate talent through market-leading reward structures.
The Role:
- Design and implement reward strategies aligned to corporate goals at UK and global levels.
- Advise on job architecture, job evaluation, pay and grading frameworks.
- Develop and model annual bonus and long-term incentive plans, including cost and payout modelling.
- Lead the development of employee value propositions and performance management systems.
- Provide insight through remuneration benchmarking and advanced analytics using Excel, Power BI, Tableau, and Alteryx.
- Oversee project delivery, manage client relationships, and contribute to business development.
- Mentor and support the development of junior team members.
