Join a growing national Chartered financial planning business as a Performance Manager working across a regional patch, supporting advisers and business owners to improve performance, drive growth, and embed best practice across the business. This isn’t a pure sales role. It’s about coaching, influencing, and getting the best out of people – particularly those who have been used to running things their own way.
You’ll do:
- Work closely with advisers to improve performance and drive growth
- Support business planning and help firms scale effectively
- Manage and influence senior stakeholders, including Heads of Office and business owners
- Provide insight and reporting on performance, MI, and key metrics
- Support integration of acquired firms into a wider group structure
- Travel across your region, building strong relationships across multiple offices
You’ll bring:
- Experience within financial planning / IFA / wealth management
- Strong people management and relationship skills
- The ability to influence and challenge senior individuals
- A commercial mindset with an understanding of growth drivers
- Confidence working with data and performance metrics
- A background in advising, sales management, or operational leadership
You’ll get:
- £65,000 – £75,000 base + bonus
