A well established, award winning professional trustee firm is looking to add to their governance team. This is a business that supports trustees and sponsors across a growing book of occupational pension schemes, from ongoing schemes through to wind ups and PPF assessment cases.

What you'll be doing:

  • You'll take ownership of good governance across a portfolio of schemes, including:
    • Adviser reviews and benchmarking exercises
    • ESOG requirement reviews
    • Member case reviews, including option and liability management exercises
    • Scheme secretarial duties, working closely with a Trustee Manager or Director on strategic decisions
    • Trustee board effectiveness and skills assessments
    • Annual regulatory reporting
  • You'll also get involved in wider governance projects, so the ability to plan and deliver to deadline matters.

What they're looking for:

  • Experience with DB or DC occupational pension schemes
  • Secretarial responsibilities including minute taking, agenda setting and meeting arrangements.
  • Comfortable across the full Microsoft Office suite
  • PPF experience is a plus
  • Project management experience
  • Working towards or holding a relevant qualification (PMI Award in Pensions Trusteeship, Associateship, or similar), with evidence of ongoing CPD
